Sriram Engineering College a constituent of SRIRAM EDUCATIONAL TRUST , is affiliated to the Anna University.SREC is a leading institution in Tamil Nadu of superior standard. It was established in 1993 at Perumalpattu Village, near Veppampattu Railway Station, Thiruvallur district. 

The Department of Chemical Engineering has sufficient number of highly qualified and well experienced faculty members to impart quality education to the Students.The Department Consistently imparts value based Quality Education to the Aspiring Students Since 1995.
